A hand crafted sterling silver heart is paired with a sterling tag that reads ''FOREVER, FOR ALWAYS, AND NO MATTER WHAT'', they are then hung from a 22'' sterling silver chain. A hand applied patina has been added to the entire piece. The tag is also available with the quote ''FOLLOW YOUR HEART''.
